Hamad AlAmmari is an entrepreneur and an accomplished businessman with commitments to several organizational and commercial associations.

Mr. AlAmmari holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, with concentrations in Operation Management and Marketing. He worked in several companies and institutions where he acquired professional experience in marketing, management and banking. He established his own company "Water and Environmental System Enterprise in 1996.

He served as Board and Advisory member on several organizations’ Board. He joined in the Arab Thought Foundation Annual Conference in 2004, to organize its annual conference FIKR.  He was accredited for creating the FIKR brand and fostering many partnerships with private sectors which generated funding for ATF programs. He also initiated since 2006, the youth involvement and presence in ATF activities, which led to creating a fully independent youth program. He also forged several knowledge partnership programs with other non-profit organizations and research centers. He was appointed on April, 2009 as Arab Thought Foundation’s Deputy Secretary General, in addition to his position as FIKR Conference Executive Director.

Hamad attended IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland where he completed the Managing Corporate Resources program. He also attended Harvard Business School Executive Program "Performance Measures for Non-Profit Organizations"; Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education "Leading for the Future: The Arab Region in a Changing World" and "Strategic Frameworks for Nonprofit/Nongovernmental Organizations".

Born in 1965, in Khobar, Eastern province, KSA; he is married and father of 3children.
